I created a image sequence from a mov that is 50 frames long with the cut point at 42, but for some reason it isn't playing the remaining 8 frames.

Any idea what is going on and how to resolve it?

I did that.

I followed this,

It is still cutting off frames.

Just to verify:
1) Effect is set to Cut
2) Duration is set to 50 "frames"
3) Cut Point is set to 42 "frames"

Are there any triggers set on the outgoing input, incoming input, or the stinger itself?

That is exactly how I set it up. Both in as image sequence and as a video and it would still cut off frame. No other triggers for that asset.

Hmm...

What I was thinking was there was a trigger set to function OverlayInputAllOff.

I was playing replays and wanted the stinger to transition the replay in and turn off the overlays for the replay, so I set up an OnTransitionIn - OverlayInputAllOff trigger on the replay input. What I found when the trigger is activated it would cut the stinger off because the stinger is considered an overlay. I had to use OverlayInput#Off instead for each overlay.

Trying to think through the troubleshooting steps:

Confirm there are 50 files in the image sequence folder for the stinger.

Have you tried using the MOV file instead of the image sequence? Does that end early also?

Another thing to check is the "Display underneath overlays:" setting. It might be another overlay competing with the stinger.
