Is there a way to prevent the fullscreen outputs from dimming?

For example when I hover over an application in the taskbar that has multiple or minimised windows, windows will show a preview an dimm all screens meanwhile. This also affects the Fullscreen outputs and can be inconvenient;)
Happened to be shorty when I used the Datasources window.
Is it clear what I mean? Otherwise I will try to add a video.

This is a Windows feature known as peek.

You can disable it:
