The driver is changed, there is no preview windows anymore in the config tool, but that's no problem. So, my Osprey will be reinstated and the Winnov 400 can retire. :) The audio capture quality of the Osprey 440 is much better too than my on board audio. I guess the hardware motion adaptive deinterlace of the Osprey is to be preferred over the vMix 50i deinterlace feature.

With a special reason? (latency?) When I disable postprocessing there are a lot of horizontal stripes.

Also in vMix unchecked Deinterlace Blend in Input and checked Interlaced Recording in Settings.

I do not know what could be the problem, perhaps to insert a Ospery to another PCI slot.

However, the quality of the Winnov is satisfactory, I am missing especially the audio capture feature of the Osprey. The sound quality is much better than the Shuttles onboard audio and better then most affordable usb soundcards.
