Hello

Nee some help

Ive just purchased Vmix and trying to use the virtual set with chroma key. Got me green screen. Everything s set up. Followed the tutorial; videos. But the chroma key check boxes don't seem to be clicked and they wont be clicked and when I try and use the eye dropper it does nt seem to work. Any ideas.

Hi Lee,

What version of vMix are you using?

I'm using the latest version and every thing is working fine. Also make sure you are keying out your camera and not the virtual set.

Lee,
Sounds like you are looking at the wrong module for chromakey.
Select the camera you wish to use as source for green screen.
go in to the properties panel and the chromakey feature should be activated and adjusted there.
Then go back to virtual set module and select camera for talent source in drop down menu.

apparently its my graphics card its not strong enough using a intel(r) g33/g31 chipset not strong enough using version Basic HD 14.0.0.106
